The legally binding agreement that governs your use of the Best Appliances website and our appliance repair services across Gauteng. Please read these terms carefully β by booking a repair or using this website you accept and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the Customer") and Best Appliances ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), governing your use of our website at bestappliances.co.za and the appliance repair, maintenance and installation services we provide across Gauteng, South Africa. By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, booking a service call, or accepting a technician at your premises, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or our services.
By engaging our Services you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you are the legal owner of the appliance or have the lawful authority to authorise repairs to it, and that the information you supply (your name, address, contact details and appliance details) is accurate, current and complete. We reserve the right to refuse Service where we reasonably believe these warranties to be untrue.
All prices, packages and rates displayed on this website, in promotional material, in marketing collateral, in emails, in text messages or shared verbally are indicative estimates and are subject to change without prior notice. They do not constitute a binding offer until a formal written quotation has been issued and accepted in writing by both parties.
A standard call-out and diagnostic fee may be charged for any technician visit, regardless of whether a repair is ultimately performed. This fee covers travel, time on-site, fault identification and a written diagnostic report. Where the Customer accepts a quotation and proceeds with the repair, the diagnostic fee is, at our discretion, credited toward the cost of the repair. The applicable fee will be communicated to the Customer at the time of booking.
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or via the online contact form. While we make every effort to honour the scheduled time slot, appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, the duration of preceding repairs, and the availability of parts. Best Appliances will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a delayed appointment.

All content on this website β including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, design elements and the underlying code β is the property of Best Appliances or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms you also accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Customer indemnifies and holds Best Appliances harmless against any third-party claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from the Customer's breach of these Terms, the Customer's misuse of any appliance after a Service, or the Customer's misrepresentation regarding ownership of an appliance.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if the failure is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, load-shedding or extended power outages, civil unrest, strikes, supply-chain failures, pandemics, or governmental restrictions. The affected party shall notify the other party in writing as soon as reasonably possible.
We may suspend or terminate the provision of Services to any Customer who breaches these Terms, behaves abusively toward our Technicians, or fails to settle outstanding amounts. The Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the website and by cancelling any pending bookings in accordance with section 6. Termination does not relieve the Customer of any payment obligation accrued prior to termination.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Service, please notify us in writing within seven (7) days of the Service so we may investigate. We will respond within a reasonable period and seek to resolve the matter in good faith. Unresolved disputes shall first be referred to mediation by a mutually agreed mediator, and only failing mediation shall the dispute be referred to the appropriate forum or court of law in South Africa.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, or any other applicable consumer law. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The Customer consents to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court, even where the value of the matter exceeds that court's normal monetary jurisdiction.
Best Appliances reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date adjusted accordingly. Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with any signed quotation, work order or invoice, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Best Appliances in relation to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings.
