Quote Confirmation
We send you a clear booking confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp with the technician's name, vehicle details and your appointment window. You'll know exactly who's arriving and when.
Our standard call-out and diagnostic fee is confirmed up-front. There are no surprise charges.

On-Site Diagnosis
Your technician arrives in a fully stocked branded vehicle with brand-specific diagnostic equipment. They run through the fault systematically — reading error logs, testing components, isolating the cause.
Most diagnostics complete in under 30 minutes, even on smart appliances with multiple sensors and control boards.

Written Quote — You Approve Before Work Begins
You receive a written quote that itemises the labour, the parts required and the total cost. Nothing happens until you say yes. If you'd rather not proceed, you only pay the diagnostic fee.
If you approve, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the final repair cost.

Repair Completed
The technician carries out the repair, usually on the same visit, using genuine OEM parts wherever possible. Common spares — drain pumps, door interlocks, thermostats, drive belts, fan motors — are stocked on every van.
If a specialist part needs to be ordered, we'll explain timelines clearly and book a return visit at your convenience, typically 2–5 business days.

Test, Sign-Off & 90-Day Guarantee
Before the technician leaves, they run a full operating cycle to confirm the appliance is performing correctly. You receive your written 90-day workmanship guarantee plus a full breakdown of the work done.
If the same fault recurs within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no cost — no questions asked.
